1. How to access your portal

After your first clean with us, you'll receive an email from Moppin' Mama's titled something like "Your Moppin' Mama's Client Portal". That email contains a unique link just for you — no password required.

✨ Important The link is private to your account. Bookmark it or save the email so you can come back anytime.

Every time you click the link, you're logged straight in. No remembering passwords. No two-factor codes. Just your cleaning history, ready to go.

2. What you'll see on your portal

When you land on your portal, you'll see a dashboard with everything about your properties:

If you have multiple properties, you can click into each one to see its specific history.

3. Viewing before & after photos

After every clean, our crew takes before-and-after photos so you have proof the work was done and your property is ready for guests (or you).

To view photos:

  1. Click on a property from the main dashboard
  2. Go to the Jobs tab
  3. Find the completed clean you want to see
  4. Click 📷 View photos on that job
💡 Great for Airbnb hosts You can share photos directly with guests if there's ever a question about the property's condition at check-in.

4. Paying your invoice

When we finish a clean, an invoice is automatically created and emailed to you. You can pay in three ways:

📅 Payment terms Invoices are due within 14 days. We'll send one friendly reminder before the due date.

5. Blocking dates (for Airbnb hosts)

If you're coming up to use your property yourself — family weekend, personal stay, maintenance visit — you can block those dates in your portal so we don't accidentally schedule a turnover clean.

To block dates:

  1. Open the property you want to block
  2. Click the Calendar tab
  3. Click + Block Dates
  4. Pick your start and end dates
  5. (Optional) Check "Schedule clean after" if you want a clean when you leave
  6. Save
✨ Auto-sync with Airbnb/VRBO If we're synced with your Airbnb or VRBO calendar, blocked dates there will automatically show up in your portal too — no double entry needed.

6. Requesting a clean

Need an extra clean outside your normal schedule? You have two options:

From your portal

  1. Click Request a Clean from the dashboard
  2. Choose the property and date you'd like
  3. Add any special notes (e.g., "After party cleanup" or "Deep clean")
  4. We'll confirm within 24 hours

7. Troubleshooting

I can't find my portal link

Search your email for "Moppin' Mama's" or "rinsebase". Check spam/junk too. If you still can't find it, just text us at (989) 992-3834 and we'll resend it.

The link says "expired" or "not found"

For security, portal links occasionally need to be refreshed. Just reach out and we'll send you a new one — takes 30 seconds on our end.

I can't pay an invoice online

Make sure you're using a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). If the page hangs, try a different browser or pay by check/cash. We're happy to accept any method.

My photos aren't loading

Photos can take a few seconds to load on slower connections. Try refreshing the page. If they still don't show up, let us know which clean and we'll send them directly.
